What happens next
-
A person reads it and replies
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you write on a Saturday you will hear back Monday, not in an hour with an automated acknowledgement.
-
We ask what you already run
Usually a short exchange of emails, or a call if it is quicker. Which platforms you are on, roughly how many people use them, and what is actually causing the problem. This is the part that stops a quote being a guess.
-
You get one written proposal
One document covering the work, what is included, and any third party costs shown separately. Nothing starts until you have read it. How a proposal is put together is set out on the plans page.
What to put in the message
You do not need to know the technical answer, and you do not need to have diagnosed anything. Four things are enough to get a useful reply:
- What you are using now. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, something else, or genuinely not sure. Any of those is a fine answer.
- Roughly how many people use it. An approximate number is fine. It changes the answer more than anything else on this list.
- What is going wrong, or what you want built. In your own words. "Email keeps going to spam" is more useful than a guess at the cause.
- Anything with a date attached. A renewal, a move, a launch, someone leaving. It is easier to plan around a date than to work back from one.
If you are not sure which service fits, say what is going wrong and leave the dropdown alone. Working that out is part of the job.
