What a proposal contains

The quote is written after the review, never before it. It arrives as one document, and it covers four things:

The work itself, in plain terms. Described so you can tell what you are agreeing to without translating it first. If a sentence in it only makes sense to an engineer, it has not been written properly.
What is included, and what is not. The second half matters more than the first. Anything outside the scope is named as outside the scope, so there is nothing to argue about halfway through.
Third party costs, listed separately. Domain registration, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licences and anything similar are passed through at cost and shown on their own, not folded into one number.
Whether anything ongoing is worth having. Sometimes the honest answer is no. If it is yes, you get what it covers and what it does not, under clear monthly service terms.

If something in it does not make sense, ask before you agree to it. That is what the document is for.

Ownership

What you own, in plain terms

Your business owns its domain, accounts, tenants, logo, photos, content, and customer data. Administrative access belongs to the business, not to us. Tech True Point can manage the systems, hosting, updates, and technical support depending on the service agreement.

How does a quote work?

Every business is different. What you already run, how many people use it, what is documented, and what needs ongoing attention are reviewed before quoting, then you get one clear proposal with no hourly surprises.

What is not included?

Third-party costs like domain registration or Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licences are billed at cost and shown up front. Everything else is in the proposal.

How do I pay?

Once we agree a proposal, you pay securely online with Stripe. Managed website service is billed monthly under clear service terms.

We already have someone doing our IT

That is common and it is not a problem. IT Projects and Cleanup exists for exactly this situation: a defined piece of work, scoped and finished, running alongside whoever handles the day to day. Migrations, security tightening and untangling an inherited setup are the usual ones, because they are the jobs an internal person rarely gets a clear week for.

How do you get access to our systems?

Through accounts your business owns, with the access the work actually needs and no more. Administrative ownership stays with you the entire time. If the arrangement ends, the access ends with it and there is nothing to recover from us, because none of it was ever held in our name.

What happens if we stop?

You keep everything: the domain, the accounts, the tenants, the data, the website and the written record of how it is set up. That is the point of the ownership rule above. Stopping should be an administrative change, not a recovery project.

Can you work with the website we already have?

Usually, yes. Redesigns and ongoing care both start from what already exists rather than assuming a rebuild. If a rebuild genuinely does cost less than repairing what is there, you will be told that along with the reason, and you can decide.

Do I need the managed service?

No, it is optional. Most clients keep it so hosting, updates, monitoring and small edits are always handled without extra invoices.
