Websites we have built and launched

Websites are one of the five things we handle, not the whole business. These are live and public, so you can judge the work rather than take our word for it.

The Nick's Italian Restaurant homepage: a cream, hand-drawn scrapbook layout with the restaurant name, a View the Menu button and a call button.

Nick's Italian Restaurant

A restaurant site for Pilot Point, Texas, built for the way its customers actually arrive: on a phone, close to deciding, wanting the menu and then the phone number.

Every dish is a real page, ninety of them, so a search for a specific dish can land on it. A PDF menu cannot do that.

The ICG Dallas homepage: a dark photograph of a commercial building at dusk behind the headline Commercial spaces built with purpose, with a numbered list of capabilities.

ICG Dallas

A commercial general contractor working across Dallas-Fort Worth: restaurants, retail, tenant build-outs, renovations and ground-up construction.

Deliberately phone-first. There is no contact form anywhere on the site, because in commercial construction a real conversation starts the job faster than a web form does.

Ask about a website like these

Day to day

The work that keeps a business running

Not a service menu. These are the conversations that repeat, and the jobs that quietly stop being anybody's when a business has no internal IT.

Domains, DNS and hosting

Finding out who actually controls your domain, getting that control back into the business's name, and keeping the records that carry your website and your mail correct.

Accounts and access

Who has an account, what it can reach, and who holds administrator rights. Shared logins replaced with accounts that belong to a person and can be traced.

Email you can rely on

Setup, migration, shared addresses, and the authentication records that decide whether anyone believes mail claiming to be from you.

Devices and software

The laptops, phones and applications people actually use, set up so they work, connect to the right things, and can be locked or wiped if one goes missing.

Vendors and licences

Renewals, seat counts and subscriptions reviewed against who really works here, so you stop paying for tools and people you no longer have.

Onboarding and offboarding

A new starter set up on day one with the right access, and a leaver's access removed the day they go, with the mailbox handled so customer mail keeps arriving.

Documentation

A written record of what exists, who has access, and where the recovery details live. Unexciting, and the thing that saves you when somebody leaves.

Technical cleanup

The inherited setup nobody has a full list of: unknown logins, an admin account belonging to somebody who left, two tools doing the same job.

Automation and integration

Approvals, notifications, recurring reports and onboarding steps that run the same way every time, connecting the systems you already pay for.

Coverage

What sits inside a retained agreement

The boundary is written down before work starts, so nobody is guessing what is included and nothing arrives as a surprise line on an invoice.

Illustrative scope for a retained IT agreement. Every engagement is quoted after a review.

Why it matters

Technology should move your business forward

Not slow it down with downtime, security worries, and systems nobody owns.

01

Less downtime

Problems get prevented, caught early, and fixed by someone who already knows your setup.

02

Clear ownership

One accountable team for IT, cloud, security, automation, and your website. No finger-pointing between vendors.

03

Better security

Identity, devices, and accounts protected with practical baselines that do not slow your team down.

04

Cleaner operations

Faster onboarding, documented systems, and fewer repetitive tasks as your business grows.

How we can help

Support that keeps the business running

Ongoing administration, one-time projects, or both. Every engagement is scoped on a free call, then quoted as one clear proposal.

IT Projects and Cleanup

A defined piece of work, scoped and finished.

  • Email or platform migrations, done without losing mail
  • Security tightened, access reviewed, devices brought under control
  • Inherited setups untangled and written down

Websites and Digital Infrastructure

The public side of the same estate, handled properly.

  • Domains, DNS, hosting and certificates under one owner
  • Website design, development, and redesigns
  • Ongoing care, monitoring and backups if you want it handled

Every business is different. What you already run, how many people use it, what is documented, and what needs ongoing attention are all reviewed before quoting. Contact Tech True Point for a clear proposal.
